I've been trying to eat a lot healthier recently since I'm off to Corfu in 52 days! I'll be doing a post pretty soon on the results of my start weight to my beach body. It's going pretty well I must say.
In this post I'll be sharing a recipe that I'm totally in love with at the minute, it is so simple and easy to do.
You'll need: Garlic oil, cherry tomatoes, 1 slice of wholemeal bread, ham and cous cous (brown rice and pasta are also ideal)
- Whilst the bread is toasting, pour approx. 2 tablespoons of garlic oil into a bowl and add a twist of salt and pepper.
- Rip the toasted bread into small pieces and stir into the oil mixture. Leave this to marinate for 5-10 minutes whilst heating the cous cous and chopping the ham and tomatoes.
- Finally, simply bind together all ingredients and enjoy!
